Heavy call volume with User Quota Exceed errors

I am experiancing heavy call volume with User Quota Exceed errors. Is anyone else having this problem? Some users even have more that 50mb of stuff in there account and there quota is not 10mb. It seems to have been reset somehow. Is anyone else experiancing this?

Will that fix email box specific quotas or just total account disk space quotas?

Go on, have a guess
If you've recently moved to EDGE that I believe that the quota mechanism in exim has changed to include the other files in the mailbox directory, in addition to the inbox which used to be the only file considered. That could be it.
