Hello--Trouble accessing my Cpanel through wtcBB

Hello, for some reason when I go to access my CPANEL at http://www.tigerscoop.com/cpanel I get the error that /cpanel cannot be found on this server. I don't understand...? Is that a problem with my hosting company who uses you guys or is it a problem on my end? The CPANEL was working fine about 2 days ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

and yes it would be best to contact your host

a few servers doing this today

I have seen a few reports of some cPanel servers doing this today - as well as a few of our own over the past few days

its best to always use the ports -

cPanel is running - I would shoot a msg to your host and have them check the box -

The main concern would be - is for /webmail

as long as www.domain.com/webmail is working - that is the important thing --- otherwise your clients might not be sure how to get to their webmail easily...

And to the orignal poster, if dalems suggestion doesn't work, you need to speak to your web hosting provider.
