HELP :: after the installation on clean RH7.1 , the apache i

Hi..

i did the installation wish went very smoth...

but when i tried to point my server :
http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2080
or
http:/xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:2086

as here :
http://www.cpanel.net/install.html

i've got nothing..

i reailzed tha pache was down !!
after a hell of tryign i got it up...

but still i can't access the :2082 or :2086

also all the users are gone...even the ROOT !!!
the &passwd& file does n't even exist ...

please guys tell me what to do !!
