Please can you post up the contents of your

etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts.homedirs

file.

Unfortunatly mine is stuffed and it's causing me no end of problems. Posting up yours would really, really get me out of a squeeze.

I have disabled SELinux. O looked up for some info about CPANEL x SELINUX and found that is not a good idea to use SELinux with CPanel's software.
