Help - Apache Fails - won't restart - Invalid method in request error

    Hi,
    I am having real problem with Apache. Its been down now for like 6 hours. I've tried fixing this with multiple re-installs (./easyapache), httpd.conf checking (manually), looking in /tmp /var/tmp directories. I've looked through the error_log and here's an example:

    This is driving me crazy - not to mention my hundreds of clients (700+) websites. Anyone have any idea how to fix this I'll reward you with AU$50.

    This line has to say some thing....

    please check your php.ini for the following :

    max_execution_time =
    memory_limit =
    post_max_size =
    file_uploads =
    upload_max_filesize =

    increase them from what they are currently set to and then try to restart apache.
