Hi,
I am having real problem with Apache. Its been down now for like 6 hours. I've tried fixing this with multiple re-installs (./easyapache), httpd.conf checking (manually), looking in /tmp /var/tmp directories. I've looked through the error_log and here's an example:

This is driving me crazy - not to mention my hundreds of clients (700+) websites. Anyone have any idea how to fix this I'll reward you with AU$50.

This line has to say some thing....

[Sun Jul 31 05:17:46 2005] [error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider raising the MaxClients setting..

please check your php.ini for the following :

max_execution_time =
memory_limit =
post_max_size =
file_uploads =
upload_max_filesize =

increase them from what they are currently set to and then try to restart apache.
