Hi, I just recieved reseller hosting, but when I click AWSTATS, I get this error

Error: Couldn't open config file "awstats.hostfire.info.conf" nor "awstats.conf" after searching in path ".,/home/hostfire/tmp/awstats/,/etc/opt/awstats,/etc/awstats,/etc,/usr/local/etc/awstats": No such file or directory

    - Did you use the correct URL ?
    Example: http://localhost/awstats/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    Example: http://127.0.0.1/cgi-bin/awstats.pl?config=mysite
    - Did you create your config file 'awstats.hostfire.info.conf' ?
If not, you can run "./../../tools/configure.pl" from command line, or create it manually.

Check config file, permissions and AWStats documentation (in 'docs' directory).

    Can someone please help me?

How long has your account been setup. If it is less than 24 hours, it is likely that no stats have been generated. This also happens when an account is over quota and there is no place for Awstats to right the config file. Neither of these may be the problem, but they are common. Have you asked the host from which you got the reseller account? They should be able to help.

I did ask them, and I've had the account since the 31st of October.
