Can someone please tell me how to set the backup to do its thing at like 2 am instead of 9 am? THis is KILLING my loads doing it at this time of the day! It usually does it until well after noon and the loads are WAY up! Please tell me what to change and wherer to change it to get it to run at like 12-2 am.

You will need to edit the cron file to change the timing for backup. If you have an root access to your server then you can edit the below file:

    pico /var/spool/cron/serverusername

    0 2 * * * /scripts/cpbackup

The above cron job will execute the cpbackup script at 2 am.

You need to login as root through SSH and edit the root file.

    pico /var/spool/cron/root
