Help! Can not delete a Ruby Current Rewites?

Delete Ruby on Rails Application Rewrite
Are you sure you wish to permanently remove test Ruby on Ruby application rewrite?

I press YES

Then the screen shows "The application redirect has been deleted. *** has been deleted." ( *** is the appname )

But

It still there, nothing happened. why ? I need a help!

What is your full cPanel version number? Which cPanel theme are you using? Are you performing the change as the user or as root/reseller?
