HELP - Cannot find "Server Configuration Icon" in WHM

Our Kayako implimentation cannot send emails because the emails have the word "nobody" in the "received from" of the return path header.

I have seen that there is a way to disable this problem in WHM / Server Configurations/ Tweak Settings.

I went to WHM and there is no "server configurations".

We dont have any themes running, it is a basic installation.

ANYONE? Please help - I have searched the forums and everywhere with no luck.:eek:
