It does the for everyone on the server, just started all of a sudden.
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT
550-to relay through server102
550-Perhaps you have not logged into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes.
550-You may also have been rejected because your ip address
550-does not have a reverse DNS entry.
550 relaying prohibited by administrator (failed to find host name from IP address)

Please help!!

I had this problem on one server this morning -- during last nights cpanel update the /etc/userdomains file was deleted and no one could send or receive email. After rebuilding the file the email worked but some users who previously had been logging in with just their username had to begin logging in with their entire email address. Make sure the /etc/userdomains file is present, if not there is a script in the /scripts folder that will rebuild it.

Also try running /scripts/fixrelayd
