    Hi Guys

I am hoping someone can help as I've been at this for hours now.

I moved servers recently and did a WHM transfer of all accounts. Now on the new server I cannot send or receive email. I have tested receiving email by sending an email to myself from my gmail account and I got this message:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.

Delivery to the following recipient has been delayed:

    my email address

Message will be retried for 2 more day(s)

    Technical details of temporary failure:
The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at 'The recipient server did not accept our requests...' - Gmail Help
    [(0) puretigerhosting.com. [178.33.180.245]:25: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later]

I have checked and my domain is on the localdomains list. I have tried several options that have been stated in this forum and still it is not working.

    Please please help me.... :)

    Thanks

OK so decided to run a few tests and it seems that on other domains on the account I can send mail but still cannot receive it. On puretigerhosting.com I can not receive or send!

    Very frustrating....!

    Hello :)

I see no DNS configuration issues at this time. Please consider opening a support ticket if you continue to experience trouble receiving email. You can submit a ticket via:

    Submit A Ticket

Post the ticket number here and we can track the issue for you.

    Thank you.

    Hi Michael

I did what you said and submitted a ticket - WOW what an amazing service, Paul from your tech support has been amazing and he sorted the problem. It seems it was down to the exim rate database being corrupted and my mail settings in my email clients were incorrect due to a CNAME record in place on my domain.

Anyway I totally recommend cPanel Support :)
