Help changing the TXT default

My case.

I have cpanel on aws amazon, so you know they block all smtp ports, so i decide to make my own SMTP smarthost relay server,

After all is done and working i check my STMP score and get low score, so i decide to check and get this problem

So Sender Policy Framework (SPF) was the problem, the DNS record under the

TXT	v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:xx.xx.xx.xx ~all

for this question i have to ask here if someone know how to helpme, can i change the default config, so when a customer add her domain the default ip (mainserver) in the TXT zone its rempalced for the SMARTHOST ip automatically?
