how i can config domain to my owhen vps?

Then, assign your domain name those name servers at the domain registrar.

You can ensure that you add "A" records for your name servers under the "NameServers" section in:

"WHM Home » Server Configuration » Basic cPanel & WHM Setup"

As for that warning message, you should be able to proceed normally. The warning message is provided by your registrar, but it should not make a difference because it's a new domain name.

This system has no free IPs.

Edit the DNS Zone for the domain name associated with the name servers via:

"WHM Home » DNS Functions » Edit DNS Zone"

Add in the "A" records pointing to the IP address of the server.

Edit the domain name you are adding the "NS1" and "NS2" entries for. Based on your earlier responses, this is the "vps-domain-hosting" domain name.
