oks im trying to install a web php script on my server for webmail and pop3 access

    im running fedora core 2
    whm/cpanel
    have root access

im a complete noob to linux so anything outside the whm interface is a little beyond me, but im prepared to learn :)

anyway the script is freshmail, but the error im getting is as follows

FAIL-C-Client (IMAP) PHP Extension Not Installed

can anyone walk me through installing this please as its not an option when building apache and php from whm

    Go on, have a guess
I would assume you simply need to check the Imap option in Apache Update in WHM and rebuild php.

thanks, although it didnt load the c-client extension. have resolved it now using google, and hand installing php with cclient via ssh.. think im confident enough to even try other things now.. a crash course in ssh commands :) did me some good :)

thanks for the reply anyway :)
