    Help Every-One!!!

Urgent Help needed Please Guys. I changed my password on CPANEL and my website disappeared. My registrant said i should change it back to the old password. Thats impossible as the reason for changing was because i had forgotten the first one. What I have done was to log into cpanel and changed it again.

I am very new to this, and would appreciate all the help on offer to get the site up again. Thanks everyone in advance.

If you are not sure of the current password ask your host (or whomever has WHM access) to reset your password. That is the easiest way to do it. As far as the site being down, are you sure your accoun was not suspended or deleted?

    Thanks 4 reply

My host sent me email saying that my site was not working, and that i should change the password back to the original. I am confused. I have changed the password in cpanel. emailed my host and waiting for reply. I just wanted to know what i could do to repair it in the meantime. Thanks

If you do not have access to login there is nothing you can do.
