HELP = FRONT PAGE STOPPED WORKING

Recently upgraded apache with the easyapache script and frontpage stopped working on two servers. Tried to upgrade FrontPage to fix it on one server and FrontPage still doesn't work. Also when upgrading FP5.0 if filled up my / partition.

Anyone help with this??

hm............
What are the exact errors you are experiencing?
Did suexec get switched on by default with your apache update?

Also, next time before you unpack a self extracting archive, move it to a partition where you have at least 100 megs to work with it.

(200/300 megs would be even safer)

suexec did re-enable

Yes, suexec did automatically re-enable with apache update so I turned it back off before upgrading.

But, can you please outline exactly what the error messages are, or what exactly is happening that leads you to believe FP is broken? That will help the peoplez here formulate a solution....

FrontPage server extensions not installed

When setting up new accounts and trying to publish to them with frontpage it says server extensions are not installed. Set up serveral test accounts all with the same error

Do you have &HotLink Protection& enabled? I noticied that mod_rewrite and FP extentions do not like each other, and do not work togheter, seems like the Rewrite directives on .htaccess screw the FP extentions.
