    Hi,

My server came up CDT time and I changed its time zone in WHM to EST time zone. I also modified /etc/localtime to /usr/share/zoneinfo/EST

    now whenever i do
    rdate -l rdate.darkorb.net
    or
    rdate -l rdate.darkorb.net

or sync with cpanel time zone server i always get CDT time and not EST TIME.

I know i can use date -s command to setup the time but i want to sync it automatically.

I really put my head for 2 hours and now fade up. Can anyone help?

    I am running
    WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0-S9966
    CentOS 4.4 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0

    Thanks in advance.
