Help: Howto HomePage in CPanel Host

Hi ALL,

I am facing this problem with my XTRHOST Free Hosting Account.

Earlier I had uploaded an "index.html" file at location: "public_html"

Now, I have deleted this file and uploaded an 'index.php" file instead at the same location.

The Problem is that the Url: http://jbot.xtrhost.com is still pointing to the index.html file which is not there.
Although the url http://www.jbot.xtrhost.com is pointing to the correct "index.php" file.

How to make the file "index.php" as the starting file of my domain (http://jbot.xtrhost.com)

Create a .htaccess file in your public_html with this entry in it >>

DirectoryIndex index.php index.html

You also should address such problems to your web hosting provider.
