Help! I cannot view my site.

I upload "index.html" file into public_html, and when accessing my site, I cannot view my page but the default one. I've already change the permission of "index.html" to 755. Anybody can help?

My site is cPanel®

It seems like a DNS propagation issue, you may contact your host regarding this. They should be able to fix this for you.
