Help, I need to contact support but cant access my server to get the support access ID

Basically i've had to change the ip address, subnet and gateway of my server setup on my internal nat configuration and need to know what i have to do via ssh in order to get the server switched over to the new IP and network settings

If you have SSH access to the server, you can get the support access ID by typing this command:

Code:
# /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
If you do not have SSH access to the server, you can send an e-mail to csATcpanel.net. This will create a ticket in our customer service department's queue that they can then send over to technical support.

Please note, however, that we do not provide support for NAT, or for the basic network configuration of your server. This is an operating system- and data center-level issue. You and your data center are responsible for the networking configuration of the server and the network that hosts it. If you do not know how to configure the network settings on the server, please ask your data center. Modifying the network settings on the server, so that it will work on the network that hosts it, is beyond our scope of support.
