Help! I need to stop SPAM

Hello,

I have tons of messages in mail queue every day. All are SPAM!

I reviewed the mail headers and the messages are comming from a fake Ip address (IP address allowed in relayhosts). I know this is a fake IP because I have that IP.

How can I do, my server is delivering more than 30 000 spam messages every day!!

I need allow only the real clients to send mail out, but I don't know how can I stop spammers.

I will appreciate your help.
