HELP!, I'm so Lost...

    I bought a dedicated a server..

    What should the hostname be and is its purpose?

    Also...

    I had dns servers on my old domain...

    ns1.fx-hosting.net

    I changed the ip at my registrar but do I have to add a DNS Zone or something???

    Also, under server information, I don't see any Memory...


    Plz Help!!!

    If you are in a rush then http://forums.cpanel.net/forumdisplay.php?f=22 search for someone to administer your server and set it up for you.

    If you aren't in a rush and want to set things up yourself, then I suggest search google a lot, these forums are intended really for support (from other clients of cpanel) for cPanel, not the basics of dns and server administration.

    I am sure your domain name registrar can help with registering your name servers, yes you need to add dns zones and you need a hostname.

    Godd luck in your endeavours and many hours of searching ahead of you :)
