Help, imapd creates folders with wrong perm - every time mailperm wants to fix it

Hello,

help!

Folder files are created with bogus gid, and -rw --- --- permissions. .mailboxlist also gets wrong permissions after this.

mailperm wants to fix (and fixes) it every time I run it, but when I create next folder - the same thing happens.

Fedora 2.2,
WHM 9.9.8 cPanel 9.9.8-C17
Fedora i686 - WHM X v3.1.0.
