Help In resrtoreing a backup

    am realy new to the hosting thing so a need little help. a made a home directory backup on ma old cpanl account then tryed to restore it on a diffrent cpanel account on a diff server it uploads then says restoreing files then lists everything but nuthing happens after that theres stull no files or any thing any help would be great thanx:)

    A would like to add that wen a login through ftp the backup files are there but they arent under public_html and they arent the acutel files i uploaded am confuesd am only a reseller so a dnt have root acces to the server thanx if u can help
