Was reading my emails via horde - As I opened an email horde "crashed" and all the remaining inbox emails vanished. Emails in folders are ok , but the inbox emails are no where to be found.

Anybody with ideas - these are important ecommerce site customer emails and hate to lose them.

    Thanks

Look at the inbox file manually through FTP or file manager. If you're lucky, there are still some messages there. Don't forget to backup!

    it's in

    mail/inbox

    or

    mail/domain.com/username/inbox

    Hi vishwas ,

I don't download the emails off the server. I read and store them on the server ( I have a dedicated server ).

I was just reading my emails as normal , had read about 100 of them and had about 200 to go , when all of a sudden I opened an email , and neomail "crashed" . There was some kind of message , ( didn't catch ) I just went back to webmail menu and reopened neomail. That is when I saw all my emails in the INBOX only ( but about 15 new ones ) had disappeared. I searched all my folders - to no avail.

I would really like to find them or at least know if this is a virus , bug in program or what to prevent from happening again.

    Thanks
