I'm getting "internal server error" on whm, cpanel and webmail.

This is after I did /easyapache to fix the bug.

    I'm running 9.3.0-RELEASE_104

If you ran the apache update the only solution I found was to switch to "current" on your update preferences and run cpanel update. The very badly worded security "red box" indicated it would be OK to run it today but that was not the case.
Now I just wonder what will happen when we switch back to a release or stable upgrade. Bad wording & sporadic support from cpanel on this one. :(

Any idea when they plan on fixing this? Very misleading indeed!

I don't know. I've always used WHM/cpanel but everything I read on hosting forums is about how bad their support & security is and how "buggy" it is in general.
If any staff is listening the way you have handled this is not helping your reputation and shakes my confidence. I prefer Stable builds or at least Release and I have no idea what will happen tomight when my cron runs to update to release after I had to manually go to current to fix today's screw ups. And you guys aren't offering any statements about what to expect or what's going on in general. Not very good PR.
