I have a big business account that has signed up for a daily e-newsletter from some business website and for the past couple weeks hasn't been recieving it. Seems like around the time I upgrade to the latest stable release(WHM 8.5.4 cPanel 8.5.4-R7 RedHat 8.0 - WHM X v2.1.1). They do not have SpamAsssassin turned on and the only filtering that I'm doing is the /etc/antivirus.exim

According to the newsletters' website most spam filters catch their newsletter, so they give instructions how and what to whitelist. But like I said, spamassassin is not turned on for this account.

    Any ideas???
