    Using 7.6 build 4

    Getting this please help

I have over 500 pending requests that I need to delete and it's not letting me do this. Help! Is there a way for me to do this without clicking "discard" on each individual request?

Ok here is the problem just talked with the party on the phone. We have mail scanner installed on our servers. This site mentioned above and the mailing list attached to that user sent out their mailing list. Somehow they had the worm virus so mail scanner sent back replies to their list saying there was a virus and it had been stripped. Problem is they have around 500 emails in there mail man box. They have to delete them one at a time. They are asking if there is away to delete all of them at once. Maybe in ssh somehow I do not know. Maybe you guys know away.

    Thx

In Mailscanner you should turn off, NOTIFY SENDER when a virus is detected. That way the msg not be returned and the msgs will not queue up.

Thanks we had thought of that. But should there not be a path where we can find those emails for that mailman list via ssh and just delete all of them?
