Well, you can follow the instructions in the tarball. If you actually want to install for mail scanning, you can use the WHM > Addon Modules > clamavconnector

I checked, In WHM addon module but BETA VERSION is present in that , So shall BETA VERSION work for Virus Protection for Email and Filemanager Uploads files ?

It's entirely up to you whether you want to install it :) There are other options too:

1. There's a distribution available that uses exiscan (have a search)
2. Some use ASSP
3. There's MailScanner with ClamAV integrated:

Hi,

Ok I install the clamav from WHM, so if clamav detect any virus then where it will log the info about the virus. Please explain me details.

It bounces emails with virii. simple. Oh yeah it also checks FTP uploads for virii too. logs in /var/log/exim_mainlog
