Hello there, I come to you with a little problem... I know this is not a support forums. But I really don't know what to do...
Here is my problem;
I have 2 Domain Names that go to the same site. They were hosted on (lets say for legal reasons) HOST.A. I made a complete site backup on HOST.A to be restored on HOST.B. This is becuase I have multiple MYSQL databases etc...
This has been restored on the server. However I cannot access the site at all. My domains are pointing now to ns1.HOST.B.com and ns2.HOST.B.com with (domain.com) been the primary one and we tried setting up (domain.co.uk) to be the secondary one... It won't work...
As anyone ran into this problem before? and is there a cure?
Our site doesn't get many visitors and the people that are on it might be getting annoyed that they cant use it...
Faithfuly,
Si.
