If you have created a POP mailbox with the same name as a mailing list, you will get this error. No dupes are allowed.

yes this is true i have make a Mailinglist and i have delete it now i have a email with the same name and i gt the same error, how can i delete the Malinglist name? i dont see it anymore in Cpanel

Login to SSH, and run the commnad :

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/rmlist eric_domain.com.hk

i have use this command

/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/mailman/bin/rmlist -a eric_domain.com.hk

and the system have remove the entry, i have also reboot the services cpanel and exim but i still get the error
