Help mysql.sock Urgent

    ok i was cleaning out my root /tmp directory and accidently deleted mysql.sock now mysql does not work.

    i tried to upgrad and downgrade mysql in the tweak setting didnt work.

    i tried to force install the mysql rpms in the install software section on whm

    i rebooted a few times

    and nothing the error i get is

    Link-ID == false, connect failed
    mysql error: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/tmp/mysql.sock' (111)

    mysql error number: 2002

    please help as soon as possible
