HELP- need to migrate emails from dinosaur hosts

    Hello,
    I am currently hosting a website that utilizes emails which are very important and cant afford to loose them.

    Unfortunately for the dinosaur web hosting company, they refuse to give us a backup of the emails and we only have access to WHM and cpanel, we have gone back and forth with them over and over again.

    Is there another way to either pop the emails to a new server or migrate emails without loosing our present emails ? Bearing in mind we where hoping to migrate over this weekend

    Silly question perhaps, but what level of access to do you have to whm and cPanel? I take it from what you've said you've only got reseller access and backups aren't enabled...
