Ok, I have done all the necessary upgrades, installs, fixes, this and that...Blah,blah,blah.

But I am still having serious problems. I have tried everything under the sun, searched this entire forum, and layed waste to google but nothing.

In all of my cpanels on one server I cannot:
    create new email accounts
cannot use FTP or file uploader in filemanager
add users to pass protected folders
and a few various other submitting functions

Strangely I can add subdomains and change permissions.

There is no error response, it just hangs for a while and stops, nothing created or added.

I would say it has something to do with form submissions or database but cannot pin it down since some things are working but very important functions (creating email accts and FTP) are not.

I need some help or suggestions here while I still try to narrow it down but I truthfully am stumped...

Any suggestions where to look would help as well.

    Thx

Seems like forms are not being processed properly. I tried making a new email account and it says the email test@domain.com was created with the login

leaves login blank and no account is created, also the page that it ends up on is not the correct page so I would thing the form action is not working.

Could it be a cgi permissions thing? I am stuck here.

Did you look at the cpanel error logs? There might be something in there that would give a clue.

OK, I now see that FTP works on accounts that were already live before yesterday. Also the main FTP account can connect as well its just new ones cannot.

With the other problems this is definitly a database issue. Newly added information is not being added to cpanel.

Anyone know about the Cpanel database? Please any information will help.

    probably not even close....

but just for shits and giggles, have you tried to change skins? I have noticed that sometimes that particular skins have issues.

Yeppers, I have tried everything. I just need to know where Cpanel stores information that is submitted through the control panel forms.

Changed to every skin with no luck. Thanks anyways

Keep trying, but in the meantime you should submit a support ticket.
    ...unless you already have.:)
