Typically this happens when ip addresses in DNS don't match the apache configurations. This happens more often when you use the "change site's ip address" feature than when you set an account up.
If you to to WHM -> edit DNS zone, you'll see the ip address for the domain. Does this match what is in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf for the zone?

Right, this usually happens if the IP in the DNS zone does not match with the IP in the apache configuration file.

I would suggest you to check both the IP's once and assign the correct IP to the domain name.

This can be the case if one is running their server behind Network Address Translation (NAT).
