Hi everyone,

I strongly hope someone will help me, I'm getting crazy with that.

I bought 2 domain names at lifedomains.net. Then, I bought a aluminium package at hostgator.com. I don't have any special technical abilities, but I did it. I just want to manage a lot of websites, just for me, and a good friend of mine told me it was the best solution.

Well, here we go : first, I registered my WHM with the wrong domain name. I submitted a ticket for the support and they fixed it, so that's ok.

Then I tried to change my DNS on the lifedomains.net website, but I couldn't put my private name servers. They only accept the standard name servers that hostgator gave me when I bought my package. When I try to put my private name servers, it shows "errors have occurred".

So I put the initial name servers that hostgator gave me. It seems to work.

After that I tried to create a new account in my WHM with the second domain name I purchased at lifedomains.net. BUT I can't succeed ! it shows "Sorry you cannot create this account because you are out of disk space. You have exceeded your disk space allotment by 5000 Megabytes!"
I don't understand ! And I think I have also a problem with my original package, as it doesn't exist anymore ! Before it was "Reseller setup" with "1" in current and "49" in remaining, and now it's the package I created with "1" in current and "0" in remaining !

I completely don't understand what's going on here and I'm really getting crazy with that stuff.

Does anyone have the solution ?

Can I RESET my WHM as it was at the beginning ?

I'm even ready to give you my access codes folks, I don't care. If someone out there can fix the problem for me, he will be like a god to me. I've got so much work to do with my sites and I want that thing to fixed.

Does anyone has the answer ?

Thank you very much,

Julien

P.S., Should you need any other information, do not hesitate to contact me.

I assumed you are on a reseller account.

It appears that your quota are off and you should contact whoever offering you the rseller accounts to fix that as it has to be done on the server's end as root.

And as for your name server issue, You must create the A records for it on your
server before your registrar can register them and use them.

ns1 14400 in A 123.123.123.123
ns2 14400 in A 123.123.123.234

of course use your own ip addresses assigned.
