Urgent - Site working but cannot ssh, ftp, etc...

I am running cPanel 10 on FC. I was editing the Packages and when I hit edit, it updated a bunch of accounts.
Now, I cannot access ssh, ftp, check domainame/mail, domainname/whm, domainname/menu.
By cannot access for ssh and ftp I mean: when I "ssh domainname.com" I get prompeted for the password and then a blank screen. For ftp, replace ssh by ftp with the same result.
As for whm, menu, mail, the throbber just loops and I never get prompted for a username or password.
Anyone have any clue as to what is happening here?
The website is still up... so Apache seems to be wokring still.
