I've posted about this before and got zero replies. I'm really desperate for some help here. The problem is related to IP addresses suddenly re-appearing on a server after being removed from that server previousley.

I deleted three IP addresses from Server A using WHM and added them to server B using WHM to setup three sites with SSL certificates.

About a week later the sites stopped working and I found that the IP addresses had miraculously appeared back in WHM on the old server. I was forced to delete them from both servers and re-add them to the new one.

This was about two weeks ago - today the same thing has happend again!!

How do I permanently remove those IP's from that server and prevent them from suddenly showing up again ?

Any help at all would be very much appreciated!

Go on, have a guess
Make sure they're not listed in /etc/ips and that you don't have device configurations for them in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/

Thanks Chirpy

It turns out a range was configured in ifcfg-eth0-range0
