For double safety, could you confirm that these files are indeed back ups, and that I can reinstall a ful web site with it tar savings.png ?

Yes you can restore the cPanel account to the state it was when backup was made (assuming that you backed up databases also, Per Account Only or Per Account and Entire MySQL Directory in Backup settings).

Sorry, I don't get it.

I simply applied the settings as shown on CPanel.

Here are 2 screenshots of what I can see if I open the content of the backup files saved on Google Drive backup1.png and backup2.png.

Can anyone let me know if the databases are indeed in the backup files ?
In your previous post you have backup1.png 2 times.
In backup2.png there is directory mysql, that's where database dumps should be, so you should check that directory.
