Help stoping Update! Urgent please!

Hi Users,
I Currently own 2 servers which use cpanel/whm,
On the first 1 the update worked very nice,
But on the second one it timed out, I Tried updating manually using:

/scripts/upcp -- force

But it gave me this:

cPanel Update (upcp) is already running. Please wait for the previous upcp to complete, or kill off all upcp processes and try again. You may wish to use '--force' at /scripts/upcp line 45

I think i should stop the process, But the thing is i dont know how,

Someone please help?? I Have been searching for the last hour or 2/
