I moved my website to a new host. The original website was wordpress and I had domain email thru cPanel. A web developer re designed the site in spacecrafted when it went live I lost my email. When looking at the mx records I suppose the password reset. Now we cant access cPanel to make changes because the re set email was never set in cpanel. The new host (GoDaddy) does not have access. Is it possible to get back into the site, and if so how do I begin?

Hey there! GoDaddy would definitely have access, but if this hosting was purchased through a reseller they wouldn't be able to provide that access to you, as you don't own the entire server.

Did you purchase your plan directly from GoDaddy or from a third party? If it's from a third party, that is who you would need to contact to get the access restored.
