    Hello,

I would really appreciate any insight about what might be causing the problem here. My trace routes are indicating that this email address is unroutable, yet all other emails work just fine on the server. I can't figure out why this customer cannot send nor receive any emails to this address. Thanks so much as I am really lacking some diagnostic ideas here.

    Same Situation

I'm in the same situation. I could send to all email addresses except to one. I currently don't provide the web hosting managability for that email, so I can't tell what could be going wrong! Help?
