help urgent frontpage install problem

    root@bethany [~/programs]# rpm -Uvh http://layer1.cpanel.net/fp/frontpage-5.2-0.i386.rpm

    error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/apache-fp/_vti_bin/fpexe: cpio: rename failed - Operation not permitted


    I uninstalled the frontpage rpm because frontpage wasn't working right at all on any sites. Now when trying to reinstall it I can't. I checked the permissions of this file and I should be able to write to it, but I can't. I can't change permissions on the file either.

    figured it out


    root@bethany [~/programs]# /scripts/updatefrontpage
