IMHO you should disable that feature. There was a serious flaw with it a few weeks ago that allowed somebody to hack a server. It is secure for now but it is just another hole that soembody could come it. Most users don't reset their pass all that much, just have them email you.

    Not to hard to fix

I ran into this issue twice in the past, once on one of our shared servers and another time on another server. The password change script is looking for the existance of the /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow files and will interact with the server accordingly depending on whether those files exist or not. We all know on FreeBSD you have /etc/master.passwd and that is the file that SHOULD be being modified. I would check for the existance of password files that shouldnt be on a BSD box to begin with to see if that might be causing this problem. It has happened before to multiple people. There might be another part to this solution, but I'm tired and cannot remember. Good luck.

If anyone knows how to fix the bug with users not being able to remove subdomains because an addon domain problem (when there is no addon domain associated with the subdomain) please let me know!

to remove subdomains, addon domain will be remove.
when addon a domain, cPanel will auto create a subdomain, this addon domain will point to the subdomain.i think so:D
