HELP!!!! Website won't update! [moved]

HELP!!!! Website won't update!

My website will not now update..... I can even delete index.html in cpanel x and the old file will still appear when load my web page!

However.... if i view the file in cpanel, it shows the updated file that i want to appear... but when i click on the url below.. it takes me to the old file again!

I have no clue what is goingon and would be very greatfull for any advice!
