help WHM loads blank pages

Im wondering if someone can help.

ive just setup WHM on an Athlon 64 running redhat Fedora 2 and all seemed to go ok, however theres a couple of mahjor issues. Most services and pages in WHM dont load, all i get is a blank page and when i ran upcp i got the following errors:
