I have a friend who is allowing me to share his webspace, which has cPanel installed to manage it.

To ensure that we do not interfere with each other's files, I have set it up so that there is a subdomain which I operate from, and created an FTP account for it, so that files I upload go there instead of to his main site.

There are also 2 databases, one for him, and one for me.

The problem I am having is that to log in to phpMyAdmin, I have to go through his cPanel, however he would prefer it if I could access phpMyAdmin seperately without having to go through his cPanel account.

    Any ideas?

Install your own copy of phpmyadmin in your directory and configure it for your own DB.
