Help with HIGH LOAD/CPU USAGE

Hello I have an unmanaged vps and I'm really worry about it. I don't know how to find the problem. my provider send this info:

Your VE was causing HIGH LOAD/CPU USAGE in the node which was affecting the performance of the node. Please find the process log at that time below.

19044 41.03/26.63/25.00

How can I find that log? where is located? How to know what is causing problems with my vps :s
