Hi I just went out and got my first webhosting/domain service from bluehost.com. I'm having a problem though with my home page though.

I have a file named index.html under my /public_html folder, but that's not what comes up as the home page. When i type in .com/index.html it shows up correctly. What am I doing wrong?
