Help with mysql optimization

    Hello i have 1 GB database. (SMF forum)




    Here is my.cnf

    table_cache = 500
    key_buffer_size = 128M
    query_cache_limit=2M

    I have 1.5 gb ram memory.

    Does the website get a lot of traffic? I.e. are their many people online at the same time? Or is that 1gb caused by a lot of posts, topics, etc?

    Site gets 7000 unique visits per day.
    300-500 in 30 minutes active users.

    1 gb i caused by a lot of post, topics, members...
